Can somebody help me with this place phone number? I went to this place a day ago to have my breakfast, checking my bank account last night I see the charge me twice, this is incredible I can't believed.

I never tried to call them, but the phone number should be +18 665083558, according to most of web data

You do delivery??

No. It's in an airport.

How do you get a hold of them to obtain a copy of a receipt?

Their service is abysmal and it's impossible to get in contact with a manager, even in person. You can try going through Newark customer service at 973-961-6000 but I wouldn't count on getting anywhere.

Order the dumplings (note the name of the restaurant). They were great. Don't order fried food. I ordered the cauliflower and it was awful. Huge pieces with lots of uncooked dough inside. Not sure you can see the detail in the photo, but the proportion of cauliflower to dough seemed like 50/50. Yuck.

possibly the worst airport food on this planet and accompanied by extremely lackadaisical service. Thus includes an experience that gave me travel belly..! ordered scallion pancakes that were HORRIBLE! Flat in flavor appearance and absolutely no scallions in there. I don't know whose recipe this is, but this needs to be discarded right away and this place needs to be replaced with a franchise... Yes i said it.

So pleasantly surprised by this Asian food place in an airport terminal! Goodbye to the cold sandwiches and salads! The food is not the best Chinese food I’ve had but it’s good enough as comfort food before going on a long flight! Water is free so don’t forget to ask for it! The price is a little high for its portion size but nothing is cheap in the airport.

At least their tap water is authentic and good tasting. Their dumplings are born in twins and stick together like taped. Such a creative modification of Chinese food!

I ordered the Korean Cauliflower Tacos without the spicy mayo --being vegan. I ordered it to-go since I didn't want to miss my flight. It was served quickly and was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten! I added a small amount of chili sauce and my mouth was in 'flavor heaven'. Had a Stella with it --and managed to eat and drink it all in plenty of time to catch my flight. Was very happy with the meal and the service.

This is the worst meal I've had in memory. I am regretting that I did not check the reviews for this place before choosing it. I had potstickers and the mushroom fried rice. The potstickers were edible (not good, but edible). However, the dough was gooey, sticky, and had poor texture. The rice was simply disgusting in every way. There were hard clods of cold rice in my bowl, as if my meal had been squeezed out of a shrink wrapped bag and not properly heated or stirred before serving.

Giving it two stars because the food was fairly decent. However, we used our miles to pay. The subtotal said it was 3100 miles, but then we got an email saying that our mileage account was hit for over 7000 miles! We called over the manager who said that this has happened many, many times before. And he has spoken to his boss about it, but nothing gets fixed. Disgraceful and probably illegal.

Pricey, but not worthy of it. I’ve had Panda Express more impressive than this, though at least it is filling! A cocktail is $14.... wow... You have to harass them to get a refill. The payment kiosk thingy on the iPad at the table is how you order & pay ...is annoying & glitchy - I saw several others have issue with it. It also clashes with the idea of them trying feel like a swanky spot. I did like the music! And they aren’t necessarily rude, just not that interested

If you need to board in anything less than 30 minutes, do not order food from here. In the morning they serve bagels—I ordered a toasted bagel sandwich. This shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes, so I should have had plenty of time. 15 minutes later, I asked a service personnel to check on my order. After 25 minutes (which is when my flight started boarding), I spoke to another person. At 30 minutes after making my initial order, I had to go to the counter and tell them I if I wait for this sandwich, I’m going to miss my flight, and asked them to make it immediately. They finally gave me a sandwich but it isn’t even what I initially ordered. Really appalling service, not going fast enough at all. Whoever manages this place needs to drastically improve the operations. No person on earth should wait 30 minutes for a bagel sandwich.

Disgusting food - "soup dumplings" were dumplings falling apart in broth, baked pork buns were more like steamed raw dough, pad Thai is Trump colored. Insanely over priced. Slow service (nice enough waiter). I can't believe an actual chef (talde) would allow his name to be associated even vaguely with this place. Avoid at all costs. Getting on an international flight and just gritting through the hunger for 10 hours would have been better than paying for this gruel

You probably won't get sick from the food but that's about the best thing I can say about this place. The place looks nice enough and some items on the menu look good but the kimchi fried rice was extremely bland, the gyoza were fried in some oil that they were probably using for the last 10 hours straight... Staff wasn't professional or particularly friendly... The chef doesn't clean out the pans between orders either. Not recommended, especially not for the price.

Perfectly fine place to eat. Expensive, as is all the airport food. The food is nothing to write home about, but the servers were friendly (you can tell they’re understaffed, though) and my order came out in about 3 minutes. I like that you can sit towards the terminal hallway and keep an eye on your gate.

A true gem among the plethora of typical fast food places at Newark Airport that serve boring sandwiches, salads and burgers; Little Purse Dumpling Den surprises with its authentic hot Asian food. The entire experience of dinning is perfect. You just grab a place, order what you want on the tablet and you get it in less than 10 minutes. The menu is well crafted with a good mix of dumplings, fried rice and noodles. Food is flavorful and service super quick which makes it a great option for travellers looking for a quick meal before boarding a flight. Next time if you are boarding at Newark Terminal C, do try this place! (I read in many reviews that the food here was terrible. I think they reopened after being closed for some time and they have improved. May be the bad reviews are from their old time. Most people around me seemed to be really happy with their food)

Awful portion sizes (most dishes look to be about 4-6 oz of food), way overpriced even for an airport. Slow, overburdened service that makes a lot of mistakes. Drinks are pretty fairly priced for an airport, and tasty. Stop here for a beer or a cocktail, don't eat here.

The Chinese signs ars till there but it seems to have morphed into a breakfast place of sorts (across C101). Ordering on the tablet takes about 5 times as long as it would normally and it automatically adds a 18% tip, which this place surely isn't deserving of. Getting a bagel took a total of 10 minutes and the "Everything Bagel" had nothing on it.The other satellite seems to have more options.

I've got 20usd food voucher from United Airlines as my connection flight was delayed . Used it over there. Had to swipe my credit card first then to use the voucher. The stuff girl was there she said that it'll be all refunded. It ended up that she took my vouchers and disappeared saying that the manager will deal with it. Unfortunately my account has been debited 20 $ and never refunded. Stay a way. Food ok. But stuff very unpleasant.

The reviews are terrible, but I had a pretty good experience here. The fried chicken buns are seriously delicious. Don’t miss those! The ramen flavor was good, but like others have said, the broth wasn’t heated up enough. It needs to come out piping hot and not just moderately warm.

Early morning stopover allowed me a quick bagel order. Got the everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese which was nicely and quickly toasted and plenty to eat. Almost every shop and restaurant is cashless, including this one, so orders are taken via digital pads... idk what you’d do if you didn’t have a credit card. Quick and fast service... interestingly had silverware fork and spoon but plastic metal looking knives (security?). Prices are to be expected at airport eateries. Did not get to try the Asian food or regular menu items as was not available during the time I was there.

This little place looks cosy, and is a quiet corner in a busy terminal. I can only rate on the single dish I had, spicy pork ramen, which was neither spicy nor good. The ramen were so tightly lumped together I could not separate them. The other toppings were few and uninspiring, and the broth was tasteless and boring. There was a lot of pulled pork added, but it too was tasteless. The egg was cold. They do have a better than average beer selection for eateries at EWR, but my experience was a sad one with a single beer and the tasteless ramen at $39 including tip. It should be said that also service was uninspired.

This place only deserves a star as the waiting staff seemed friendly. They were slow but they tried. I don't think anyone here has any clue about Asian cuisine...having born and grown up in Hong Kong/Thailand I was very disappointed in the food. The pad Thai was thick, sticky and sweet with a weird orange color (almost sweet and sour style), the pork buns were stodgy and had no flavor, the chicken lettuce wraps were dry with none of the flavors described and the lettuce given wasn't even able to make a wrap, just random pieces that could not hold anything. So disappointing and such a waste of money.

Definitely wish I would have read the reviews before eating here. The soy sauce was clearly watered down, the rice was way undercooked, the service was nonexistent, and the food was not prepared correctly. It may sound like I’m exaggerating, but the soy sauce tasted like they mixed half parts water with it. I have never tasted such bland soy sauce in my life. The rice was chalky and was mostly hard pieces. I tried my wife’s and it was even worse than mine! We could not finish the rice because of how horrible it was. When our dumplings arrived, there was no sauce for them and when I asked the server she seemed extremely confused, didn’t say anything, and just walked away. Several minute later she returned with soy sauce (see above comments on their soy sauce). There was never a single point during our meal that someone came by to check on us.My wife ordered honey garlic chicken and received sweet & spicy, which she was not a fan of. I also never received chop sticks.Stay away!

The food is okay. It was far too expensive. Not worth $30 for five dumplings and a small bowl of noodles. Also, there's no real waiters, so there's basically no service here. It's probably the best option in Terminal C, but I'd rather have Panda Express or something.

Came and sat at the counter and placed an order via the touchscreen at each seat. I ordered pork potstickers and Korean Fried Chicken with rice and veggies. The cooks do a great job of preparing food fast but then it just sits there for about ten to fifteen minutes before it gets served out. Me seat was actually positioned such that I could see all the food being prepared and ready to go. It took 19 minutes from swiping my card at the terminal for my food to come out, which is pretty long by airport standards. By the time my bowl and potstickers got to me, I had already watched both sit around for ten minutes. The potstickers were cold and a little rubbery as a result. The chicken was very crispy and probably would have been delicious if it had not been lukewarm.
